It goes without saying that a good pair of sunglasses with UV protection is an essential in any wardrobe, any day of the year, or you can do damage to those pretty eyes. They’ll also keep you from squinting , which causes wrinkles and is never a good look for anyone.

Big sunglasses camouflage a late night, They’re  great when you need to hide for any reason, if you’re tired, or if you’re just not in to the mood of being social.

Here are a few tips to bear in mind when choosing the right frames for your face shape.

1. Triangular (broad forehead and narrow mouth and chin) : Choose fames with skinny rims and nose bridge and that don’t perch too high. This is one instance when it may be best to avoid large , notice -me frames. Of course, if you have the attitude to put your best face forward the break the rules.

2. Square: Go for slightly curved frames that sit high enough to minimize the jawline.

3. Oblong (long and narrow face) : play down length with frames that cover the center of the face.

4.Round : Minimize roundness with straight or angular frames.

5. Oval: Anything goes as long as frame proportion is considered you have hit the sunglasses jackpot.

Sunglasses can frame a personality, a period or a style, in fact few wardrobe staples allow you to channel your muse so facilely.

Lastly don’t  forget to keep a sunglass case nearby to prevent the lenses from scratching or the frames from smashing.
