Spring is the time of year we wax poetic about blooming flowers, fresh air exposed toes and that inherent desire to switch up our looks and personal style. As cliche’ as it may sound, we just have a need to have an annual makeover of some sorts. This particular makeover comes with fun sun  as opposed to a New Year’s resolution.

Having passed through tax season now is the time to shop your closets and get good return on your purchases. If you have done your due diligence in selecting key pieces that inspire and reflect your good taste your choices will be many and will work with many looks. Know your body. I know exactly what parts of my body to enhance or underplay. You should too. With this in mind pick a style that accomplishes this goal. Having established my best dress style I then match this with items in my closets. A good rule is to figure out how much  confidence a dress gives you and make an emotional connection with it. Chances are if you feel good in it you will wear it often and in different combinations.
