Why? because the fashion world is busy showcasing joyful exuberant dressing. They are unafraid of mixing messages at this time. Anything seems to go this season as the buzz  word is individualist and the fashion world is busy celebrating  creative dressing in every permutation there is. It could be straight off the runway or old favorites. That is whatever perfectly matched or odd combination of favorites you own- you have the correct trend. Wear your most out- there blouse with an equally splashy pair of  shorts , and polish it off with boots.
