Brunch is one of my favorite social customs- a luxury I can not indulge in nearly as I would like to . The aroma of fresh brewed tea in the air. And plates of delicious food parading in and out of the kitchen. I was fortunate enough to have a private lunch cooked by Susur Lee and also meet the chef himself. Susur Lee has become a world leader in Asian fusion cuisine , blending traditional Chinese dishes with classic French techniques.

When getting ready for brunch, one’s personal style must be taken into account just as it is on any occasion. So while brunch does not  require the level and attention to detail that you give to dinner, it does merit some consideration .
