Question  What is your favorite cook- book ?

Answer  Favorite cook book would have to be Avec Eric a culinary journey with Eric Ripert. The book is inspiring with simple fresh dishes.  I had the good fortune to meet Eric on Grand Cayman Island. At that time he did a cooking demonstration on preparing  sashimi .My next favorite cook book would have to be Momofuku by David Chang and Pete Meehan. Their creative and different approach to cooking is what I find fun and refreshing. I  also have had the pleasure of a fine dining experience with David Chang at his Ma Peche restaurant.

Question    favorite designer right now ?

Answer   Chanel  is my all time favorite house, however at this time I am enjoying designs from the house of Prada. Prada is a great innovator. Laying unexpected pieces in unusual combinations to create something unique and unerringly appealing. This mix and match formula is what Prada is well known for.
