Fit is everything, the way clothes fit can completely affect the way you feel. Think about how your favorite jeans can completely transform your mood and an out fit. Clothes should never fit so tightly that they pucker or pull. They should skim a body enough to show off the shape- or at least play up the best parts. Remember, just because something ‘s a fashion trend doesn’t mean it’s right for your body. Trying to force a look because it’s fashion will fail. Fashion is fashion. Stylish people might use fashion but Fashion has it’s place
Just as importantly , a well tailored fit can make or break an outfit. Inexpensive items can look vastly better once they are well tailored. the converse is also true. Stand up straight. Relax as you would if no one were looking. Be honest with yourself about how you appear in each pose. IF you don’t have a three way mirror, turn slowly in front of the one you do have. Revealing, right ? Yet the most revealing aid is photographs. Get someone to snap you at every angle. I find that things look a lot different sometimes in photos than you imagined in the mirror and does in fact affect the way I style or restyle an out fit.
