I got it : high style and  a  modern day cow boy are an unlikely combination, but try it and you will see it works; the toughening- softening elements of each of these Bebe pieces improving the other.  This is the moment to go all -out. The easiest way to work the look is to pair textured boots with a light-as-air feathers  peeking out of the hem of the Bebe skirt. I adore the  velvet like material of the Bebe  blouse  and skirt. Both piece look even more gorgeous in person than in the picture. Minimal ,modern tailoring of the the two pieces combined ensures – you do not cross over into costume territory. And nobody  wants to be in that territory for sure ! One can always expect exceptional creativity,innovation and craftsmanship  from Bebe. I stop by their store often to check out new inventory as often as I can- and I am never disappointed in some of my finds.
