In terms of color, you can never have enough of  black pieces. I love this Alexander McQueen skirt paired here with the Versace blouse because they go with everything so easily. It is a step in getting ready that you do not have to think about. Of course what is often difficult about such a simple pairing is that you find yourself at a loss  when it comes to foot wear. I recommend playing the same game and attempting boring black shoes but worn the not so boring way as a  pair of sky high   Versace pumps.I actually wore this to dinner last night with socks and ultimately determined that socks might be the unsung hero of our wardrobes.
